Dashboard Showing Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

A KPI is a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives. Have staff each fill out a spreadsheet daily with some key values. These numbers will then be pulled from different sources and displayed on a dashboard on your phone or computer. These numbers will signal a problem immediately, rather than waiting until the end of the month to look at financials

    • Office manager reports other numbers in a different spreadsheet

    • Bookkeeper enters private financial numbers in a protected spreadsheet
