Drinking sodas and other sugary drinks like sweetened ice teas, Vitamin Water, Gatorade, energy drinks, sweetened coffee drinks, lemonade, and juice can lead to obesity, type II diabetes, and other serious health problems

For good health, stick to water, seltzer, and low-fat milk.
