During the summer we have a Training Triathlon at Jamesville Beach County Park on Wednesdays at 5:30pm. During the winter months we can be found in the local gyms and will hold socials.

New this season, look for additional training opportunities including:
- tri at Oneida Shores
- brick workout series in collaboration with the Onondaga Cycling Club Time Trials
- tempo runs (with coaching!)
- indoor pool hours at the YMCA
- ladies only rides (with OCC and Syracuse Bicycle)

The swim leg of our Wednesday night Tri series at gorgeous Jamesville Beach.

Notice:

Come to the outdoor track at Manley Fieldhouse on Mondays at 6:00 pm for a tempo run workout! Bring your stop watch to record your split times. You should also know your most recent 5 km or 10 km race time to calculate your training pace. e-mail president<at>cnytriathlon.org if you have any questions.
