Polly's Cove - Holiday Wall

Sheltered south facing wall very close to the popular "Joey Ramone" Area.

1. Vacation Right SDS V4
Up arete with right finish.

2.Vacation Left SDS V2
Up arete with left finish.

2a. Firefox SDS  V5
Starts very low and to the right of Vacation arete, as far right as you can sit, matched on tiny holds in horizontal.  Burly first moves to traverse left through the vacations, eventually making tricky moves to get into the crux section of Browser to finish it off.  (FA Ryan Mcleod, 2011)

3. Browser V4
Balancy slab to start, then great jug / undercling combo to to exciting finish.

4. Stan The Spotting Man V3
Left of Browser climb up small face holds to the left side of the small roof and top out.

5. Sleeves SDS  V5
Start under the roof up inside the hole pinching the flake. Finish up crack. Doesn't look fun.

6. Le Chauve SDS V7
Start far left under roof on two underclings and left heel-toe cam. Intersting moves to wrestle out and over small feature.

7. Holiday Crack (Project) V?
Bulge and crack.

8. Trouble In Paradise V5
Right hand block, left hand mini jug. Out roof. Often wet, but stellar if you catch good conditions. Takes a lot of pads. Climber must not fall on the topout.

9. The Gouch V4 SDS
From low blocky hold, climb out roof. Would be better if you weren't essentially standing on the ground. Unpaddable since original landing has washed out to sea.

10. What A Holiday V2 SDS
Overhanging face with good incuts.

10.5 Use Your Illusion II V3 SDS
Very pleasant traverse from low right start up and left to highest point.

10.75 Appetite For Destruction V2 SDS
Slightly easier version of Use Your Illusion... this may in fact be What A Holiday.

Not Pictured

11. Holiday Traverse V3 SDS
Traverse the small boulder's lip right to left.

Even further left is a section of roofs. Some of the lines have been climbed and are quite fun but it must be low tide and calm to climb them. The holds are often wet and some might be loose.
