Dr. Poonam Vijay Tijare is the Director of Training & Placement at CMR Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. With over 15 years of teaching experience in Computer Science & Engineering, she has taught subjects like Big Data, Python, Java, C++, and guided numerous student projects in Android and Web development. She has published 15+ research papers, received awards for innovative teaching, and actively contributes to student career development and institutional growth.
