Nachos

3 cups tortilla chips

7-8 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained

¼ cup thick and chunky salsa

¾ cup shredded cheddar or jack cheese

Sour cream (optional)

 

 

 

 

 

1.  Preheat oven to 350˚.  Spread chips on cookie sheet.

 

2.  Combine beans and salsa in small bowl.

 

3.  Spoon bean mixture over chips.

 

4.  Sprinkle with cheese.

 

5.  Bake 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.  Serve with sour cream if desired.
