COVID-19 Care In Your Home Ltd are working hard to support our clients in the community during the Covid-19 crisis. We are following the advice being given to us by NHS England, the UKHCA, and other organisations. Carers are being instructed to wash their hands regularly, and to use the recommended PPE when visiting clients. Clients and families are requested to PLEASE inform us if they or their loved ones are diagnosed with the virus, so that carers can take the proper precautions when visiting. There is likely to be disruption to the service at times, and it may not always be possible to adhere to normal call times. We will TRY to keep you informed of change to rosters, but it may not always be possible. Our office communications are internet based, and very flexible.
