Short Biography

Dr. Avin Maroof is a medical doctor specialized in Rheumatology and Medical rehabilitation, born in 1974 in Erbil, has joined department of Physiotherapy at Cihan University - Erbil in 2017 as a teaching staff and Departenment Rapporteur. Dr. Avin Formerly was Head of Department of Rheumatology and Medical Rehabilitation in Rizgary Teaching hospital (2014-2016). she was lecturing Physical Therapy devices in Department of Physiotherapy in the institute of Health Technology in Salahaddin University from (2011-2013). Dr. Maroof holding Bachelor degree in Medicine and General surgery from Salahalddin University (1999) and master degree in Rheumatology and medical Rehabilitation from Hawler Medical University (2011).

• 1. Biosimilar as a therapeutic option in management of rheumatic diseases.

  2. Rehabilitation of spinal cord injury.

  3. Rehabilitation of knee joint after sport injury.

  4. Anti CD20 in management of Connective tissue diseases.
