 Requisitos / Experiencia:

• Finishing university or recently graduated

• Deep interest in technology, AI, hospitality, and human experience

• A builder at heart: you love turning ideas into systems

• Strong communicator in Spanish and English

• Bonus: Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, LangChain, etc.) 

Actividades a desarrollar

• Work directly with the Co-Founder to turn real-world problems into digital tools used by hotel teams

• Design the first generation of AI “agents” that automate tasks in sales, marketing, HR, and operations to boost our team’s productivity

• Help define the roadmap for an internal product that will become a global vertical SaaS offering

• Collaborate with engineers, hotel managers, and designers to launch MVPs quickly

• Gather feedback from teams and guests to improve functionality and experience 

Oferta:

• Sueldo desde 12,500 MXN hasta 20,000 MXN dependiendo de su experiencia, expectativa y disponibilidad de tiempos. 

• Ubicación: CDMX
