In the last decade, multiple studies [123] have shown that both physical exercise and massage therapy are positively correlated with brain power, helping to promote alertness, memory, and creativity. Demonstrating our commitment to this finding, CIC's wellness program has grown from one on-site massage therapist to a multi-layered offering that includes two therapists, regular meditation and yoga classes, a staff-led running pack, and an ever-evolving selection of workshops and partnerships with local wellness providers.
