Currently, I am teaching, "Python for Programmers" at the University of California Santa Cruz Extension in Santa Clara, California.

I taught undergraduate mathematics courses for 11 years. In these years, I taught the following courses:
  • Fundamentals of Algebra, 
  • College Algebra, 
  • Business Calculus, 
  • College Mathematics, 
  • Statistics, 
  • Mathematics for Elementary Teachers, 
  • Pre-Calculus and 
  • Calculus 1, 
  • Calculus 2, 
  • Linear Algebra.
I enjoy teaching higher level courses like Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Linear Algebra,  Statistics etc.

During the summer of 2008, I was Mathematics Director for the Upward Bound Program at UNT. As the Director, I mentored 18 high school juniors and seniors. Throughout my academic career, I have had students from different socio-economic backgrounds, including students with special needs and accommodations. My times at a public university and a private college have taught me to value students from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
