Liu Xiaoying graduated from Beijing University Law School in 2006. After graduating, she joined BCLARC as a full time public interest lawyer. Since joining the Center, Ms. Liu has conducted research and dealt with a number of high profile cases, including a case in which she representing a six year old girl disabled in a car accident, and a case involving the murder of a nine-year-old girl. She organized the "No underage smoking" campaign, and has also participated in the writing of "Juvenile Law", and "Kiss My Baby", a book discussing the rights of children. In addition to offering legal services as a public interest lawyer, Ms. Liu has also conducted extensive research.

Han Jingjing graduated from China University of Political Science and Law's Academy of International Law in 2004. In 2006 she graduated from People's University Law School, and in July of that year joined the staff of Beijing Children's Legal Aid and Research Center. She is currently a lawyer at the center, where she focuses on legal research related to juveniles, and participates in the coordination and execution of research projects. In 2008 she assumed responsibility for editing "Chinese Lawyers and the Protection of Childrens Rights." In 2007 and 2008 she participated in editing "Legal Research Related to Minors," and "A Study of Legal Mechanisms for Child Protection," as well as other publications.

Li Xiuhong / 李秀红

Ms. Li Xiuhong, a research fellow of Beijing Children's Legal Aid and Research Center, graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law with a Masters Degree in July 2008. She joined the Center in November 2008 and focuses primarily on legal aid research related to children’s rights and migrant workers.

Yu Xukun recieved a Masters in Law from China University of Political Science and Law, where she specialized in constitutional and administrative law. She has published two articles, including The History and Orientation of Administrative Legal Responsibility and The Dynamicsof Civil, Administrative, and Legal Rights: An Inquiry into the Ideal Model for Loging Complaints and Staying Execution in Administrative Actions. In July 2008, Ms. Yu officially joined the Beijing Children's Legal Aid and Research Center, where she has performed research for the organization, and contributed to the publication How to Get Free Legal Aid.
 
 
Sun Qian / 孙倩

Ms. Sunqian graduated with an LLM from Ren Min University of China. She has worked for Beijing Children’s Legal Aid and Research Center since 7 July 2008 as a research fellow, mainly engaged in the research of children’s rights protection and legal aid. She has contributed to the book How to Get Free Legal Aid.

In 2004, Yao Yanjiao recieved her masters from the School of Journalism at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Since graduating, she has consistently focused on promoting the rule of law through use of the media, amassing rich media experience and resources. She served as writer, director, and chief editor of the Supreme People's Procuratorate Television and Media Center's "The Rule of Law in China." Ms Yao passed the bar exam in 2008, and currently serves as the Assistant to the Director of the Beijing Children's Legal Aid and Research Center and the Beijing Legal Aid Office for Migrant Workers.
