The Cheshire Yellow House is a great program that is available for the youth of Cheshire. Throughout the year, the Yellow House creates many events to attract elementary, middle, and high school kids in Cheshire. The Yellow House is located right across Cheshire High School and it is easily accessible! Overall, the Yellow House promotes a positive attitude and a healthy lifestyle.
An upcoming Yellow House activity is the Youth in Action program (YIA). The purpose of YIA is to develop leadership skills in youth. This program is provided to 9th thru 12th graders who want to enhance their decision making skills and communicating ability. YIA will help with communicating and team building, which are essential for the career of our future generation.
The program will start on March 14th and end on May 16th (8 week program). The group will meet every Monday from 6-7:30 p.m. To sign up, fill out the attached form (below) and return the form no later than February 29 (return to the main office of CHS or the Yellow House).
