Tickets $5 - Tickets are on sale on the Smoky Hill website, during lunches at the SHHS ticket box office starting Wednesday or students can pick out tickets for you if they bring cash or check this week, to put on Will Call or to deliver.

Show Protocol - Reminder to wear masks to the show - they are mandatory for CCSD. We will socially distance seating the best we can for presale tickets, but socially distancing is not mandated by CCSD. There will be a live stream link that won't be advertised, but will be sent to families if family members can't make it to the show, or are concerned about social contact. More info will be sent with students on Wednesday.

More Ticket Information: All tickets are $5. Any CCSD Spanish Class student can get in free to the Thursday Night Show (November 11) with a school ID!
Tickets will be sold the week of the show at the school ticket box office during school lunch hours, and will be sold by student cast and crew members. Tickets will also be available at the door. Call the SH Performing Arts Office at 720-886-5456 for more information.
Show Information: On Nov 11-13, 2021, Smoky Hill HS Theater will be presenting Bodas de Sangre (Blood Wedding), a tragedy originally written in Spanish in 1932 by Federico García Lorca. In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month (September to October 2021), this play was chosen to give tribute to Smoky Hill's Hispanic and Latino cultures and influence.
Bodas de Sangre will be performed in Spanish, its original language, with an English speaking narrator to help translate! The play is a tragedy about a young woman and two men fighting for her love, while examining the societal norms that keep her from being with the man she loves, the power of human desire, and the consequences of family traditions that influence an Andalusian community.

Información del espectáculo: Del 11 al 13 de noviembre de 2021, Smoky Hill HS Theatre presentará Bodas de Sangre (Blood Wedding), una tragedia escrita originalmente en español en 1932 por Federico García Lorca. Esta obra de teatro fue elegida para rendir homenaje a la comunidad hispana, latina y latinx de Smoky Hill y celebrar el mes de la Herencia Latina.
¡Bodas de Sangre se presentará en español, su idioma original, con un narrador de habla inglesa para ayudar a traducirla! La obra es una tragedia sobre una joven y dos hombres que luchan por su amor, nos muestra las normas sociales que le impiden estar con el hombre que ama, el poder del amor y las consecuencias de las tradiciones familiares que influyen en una comunidad andaluza.
Información de las entradas: todas las entradas cuestan $ 5. ¡Cualquier estudiante de la clase de español del CCSD puede asistir gratis al espectáculo del jueves por la noche (11 de noviembre) con una identificación de la escuela!
Los boletos se venderán la semana del espectáculo en la boletería de la escuela durante los almuerzos y serán vendidos por los estudiantes y miembros de nuestro grupo.
