INDIVIDUAL STUDENT PLANNING

Individual Student Planning allows for school counselors to help individual students create personal and academic goals as well as to develop career planning. Students are then able to evaluate these goals through individual or small-group appraisal and advisement.

  • Possible Individual Student Planning Activities:

    • Goal setting regarding academics, goal setting regarding postsecondary plans, reviewing grades, developing interventions to improve areas of need, helping students through the Response to Intervention (RtI) process, and Check-in/Check-out
