Chelsea School District is offering parents, employees, and students in grades 6–12 the chance to provide feedback on district schools in its first School Quality Survey. The survey asks for feedback about academic and student support, school leadership, safety and behavior, family involvement, and school operations.
“We’re committed to ensuring the academic achievement of every student in every school every day,” said Dr. Julie Helber, superintendent of schools. “Our parents’ feedback will help us achieve that goal and drive positive change in our schools.”
Employees and parents should check their email for a personal invitation and survey link from independent research and communications firm K12 Insight. Students in grades 6–12 will take the survey in school.
The survey is open through .
District leaders have partnered with K12 Insight to administer the survey and compile the results, ensuring the confidentiality of all responses. No one in the district will be able to connect a participant to his or her answers.
