Courses, Registration, Evaluations and Clock Hours

COURSES:  All Chehalis School District Professional Development offerings will be added to the Staff Development Calendar.  These offerings include upcoming classes, Learning Walks, workshops and conferences.

When you register for a class, you will automatically receive an email notifying you of your registration status.

Definitions:
Course = the main course being offered (Ed. Tech Tools 1, etc.)
Class(es) = the individual classes offered (Google Sites, Skyward, etc.)

Technology Professional Development courses will be offered three times per year (Ed. Tech Tools 1, Ed. Tech Tools 2 and Ed. Tech Tools 3).  Class offerings are as follows:
Ed. Tech Tools 1: September - December
Ed. Tech Tools 2: January - March
Ed. Tech Tools 3: April - June

Most classes are offered more than once during the year.  You may sign up for the same class more than once, but you can only receive clock hours once, not for each time you attended the same class.

Most classes will be in 1.5 hour increments.  You need to take a total of 3 clock hours (two 1.5 hour classes) before you can receive clock hours.  Three clock hours is the minimum.

REGISTRATION:  To register for Professional Development courses, please click here and complete the form.  At the end of the registration, you'll have an opportunity to choose to receive an email confirming your selections.

EVALUATIONS:  When you have completed a course, the instructor will send an email asking you to complete the online evaluation (normally the last few minutes of the course).
