Room 301 is an exciting place to be at Orin Smith Elementary. We strive to work our hardest in succeeding inside and outside the classroom. We do this by building ourselves up as good citizens.

This year will be filled with exciting activities and new things to learn. I am excited to do all that I can to expose our students to a rich, full curriculum as well as provide enrichment and exploration.

Remember, the interest that you take concerning schoolwork and other school related activities makes all the difference in the world when it comes to your child being a successful student.

Discuss the school day and look over the agenda for assignments
Examine your child's Friday Folder (sent home with school work weekly). Go over work as needed. Sign it and return it on Mondays.
Let your child love reading. Give them a quiet and comfortable place to be successful. This will help them build an understanding of the world around them.
