We all have dreams. Dr. King expressed his DREAM for racial equality and peace so eloquently in 1963, and his words have brought our nation together; yet, we still have a long way to go.  The European Union's dream for peace and security was born from the ravages of two world wars that brought so much suffering to Europe and its people. Please find below some activities to read excerpts from Dr. King's speech and the mission of the EU while learning necessary vocabulary to discuss these important documents in French.
As a final product you will express YOUR DREAMs for the world, for your family and for yourself - in French, and share this with your Belgian pen pal.  Your final product can be on paper or visual media - it must contain sentences explaining your dreams in French.
