Poster Dimensions: Each author will share one side of a poster board with another author, half of a horizontal poster board with the useable area measuring 114 cm (45 inches) wide x 114 cm (45 inches) high. Vertical posters fit better, but you may choose a horizontal format that is no wider than the 45 in/114 cm width. Poster materials may not extend outside the assigned half-board.
Other notes on posters:
The posters will be mounted to the boards using T-Pins.
Your presentation should contain succinct headings that organize and logically display the information (e.g. 'Introduction,' 'Objectives,' 'Methods,' 'Results,' 'Conclusions').
Summarize the research using graphics when possible (e.g. charts, tables, graphs, images, etc.). Minimize the amount of text. Elaboration is best done verbally -- just as if it were an oral presentation using slides.
The poster should be readable from distances of approximately 3’. Lettering should be at least 1" high.
