You'll also learn Pranayam (yogic breathing techniques) and meditation sitting in the chair.
Vidya offers chair yoga classes at Buffalo Grove Park District (Alcott Center) on Mondays  4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.,  Tuesdays 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and at Vernon Township in Buffalo Grove on Thursdays at 10 a.m. Classes taken with Vidya count for continuing education credits for Yoga Alliance.
