  • Fitness Tip of the Week Choose to do types of physical activity that are appropriate for your current fitness level and health goals.

  • Fitness Tip of the Week Some good abs exercise include:  sit-ups, crunches, jogging, cycling, and swimming.  Do these exercises for at least 30 minutes, 3 times per week.
