Cathi Mintz |e-mail 

Cathi Mintz is a graduate of Duke University with over 20 years of experience in the education field.  She has been a classroom teacher, coach, curriculum coordinator, and consultant in public and private schools across the country.  She and her husband, Stephen have three beautiful children.  In her spare time, Cathi enjoys reading and running. She recently completed her second marathon and is training to qualify for the Boston Marathon.


Nancy Kachadurian |e-mail

Nancy Kachadurian is a native of Rhode Island. She moved to Wilmington in 1995 where she earned her degree in Elementary Education and Sociology.
Her Passions not only include being an educatory, but also enjoying art, music, and theatre. Nancy has participated in multiple workshops focusing on cooperative learning and differentiated instruction.
In 2008 Nancy presented at the UNCW Mentoring Conference. She worked with a colleague to present to other educational professionals how reflection and self evaluation help teachers grow and develop as leaders not only in the classroom but in the school as well.

As an original Wilmington native, Courtney has been teaching for over 5 years now. After graduating from UNCW, she moved to Henderson, NC where she taught 5th grade. Upon getting the opportunity to teach in Arizona, Courtney spend 4 year teaching 4th grade. While in Phoenix she got her masters in Educational Technology from Grand Canyon University, then moving back to the East Coast. In her off time she enjoys reading and spending time with her family. She is excited to be back in Wilmington and at CFCI.

Cyndi O'Brien | e-mail

Cyndi taught at Invin Avenue Open Elementary School in Charlotte for 12 years in multiage classrooms. She was one of the founders of Community Charger School in Charlotte and taught there for four years.

Cyndi is an avid reader, enjoys solving interior spatial dilemmas, and loves to travel.
