Completing the order: To ensure accuracy and promptness in processing your order, be sure all fields on the order form are completed. Create a profile in our Online Store and fill your order online or download a PDF or Excel form (above) to fill and return. If the information given is incomplete, it may be necessary to delay sending your order until we receive clarifications.
Shipping Charges: Can be estimated at approximately 15% of the net order value, but may vary greatly based on the product type, size, cube and weight and the overall value of the order. Shipping rates vary considerably by region, expect a minimum charge or $15.00. We will always try to provide you with the most economical solution. Our standard carriers are: Canada Post, Canpar and UPS. We will prepay and add shipping to your invoice unless otherwise instructed at order confirmation time.
Note that you can always pick up your order, at no cost, at our Teachers' Resources Boutique or our warehouse in Aurora.
Shipping Furniture: Due to the oversize nature of the products, many items are subject to a 20% surcharge (these products are identified with a small truck or delivery logo near the price). If required, contact our Customer Service to confirm fees.
Minimum Order: There are no minimum orders, but do note that orders below $75.00 before taxes, will be subject to $9.50 handling charge. Order over $75.00 net, will not have handling charges.

Payment Terms and Purchase Orders: Net 30 days for schools and other pre-authorized institutions. Until an account is open and terms are established, all orders must be prepaid.
Remittance via credit card (Visa & MasterCard), must accompany order from individuals.
Returns: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our Customer Service Department. A restocking fee (20%) applies. When requesting authorization to make a return, please include billing invoice number. Material being returned must be in saleable condition in its original packaging. Shipping returns is at the cost of the customer. Ensure the returned product since you will be responsible for it until it reached our distribution center.
Warranty: Canadian Education Warehouse (CEW) products are manufactured under the most precise specifications in the industry. Each unit is carefully inspected prior to shipment assuring customers the highest quality available.
All warranties are those of the manufacturers. All defective products covered by warranties will be replaced at no charge. Most products are covered by a One year limited warranty unless specified differently. All returns must be authorized by our customer service department.
Under warranty products, CEW, as its sole obligation, will replace any product, part, or component covered by the terms of the warranty, which fails under normal use as a result of a defect in material or workmanship; CEW will replace the defective item, part, or component with a comparable product, part, or component.
