Parent/Guardian Information

Fall 2016 - Season:
Fall sports begin on August 31, 2016 -- the first student day.  (XC Running may begin a day or two later.)
Please refer to the 
sports specific calendar for your child's sport.
Fall sports season ends generally the third week in October. 


Bus Policy:
On game days, all CESU buses will transport athletes to their games.  However, there will not be a bus returning back to BRMS.  
What this means is all players must have a ride home from the game from their parent/guardian.  Should their parent/guardian cannot be at the game, they must make another arrangement with the coach for another parent to take their child home with them.

Concussion Information:
All BRMS coaches are certified by the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) in proper concussion management and awareness.

All Coaches Certifications (new VPA requirements):
All Middle level coaches are required to take the following courses as outlined by the VPA: NFHS Concussion Training, NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching and NFHS Sports First Aid.  
All coaches are also required to hold valid American Heart Association CPR/AED Adult/Child & First Aid heartsaver cards.
