Student Device Insurance Information

Ceres Unified School District is providing families optional device (tablets or Chromebooks) insurance protection at a cost of $10 per student, capped at $40 per family. The insurance will protect the device against ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE, THEFT (with police report), FIRE, FLOOD, NATURAL DISASTERS and POWER SURGE.  A $50 deductible will apply if the device is lost, stolen (without a verified police report), or vandalized. Insurance signup forms will be included in school registration packets and returned to the school for processing. Forms of payment accepted will be check, cash, or debit/credit cards through an online payment service available after July 24.
