Private Printing to Toshiba Copiers

Faculty and Staff,

If you are wanting to privately print something to the Toshiba copiers, you can do so. Since our shared Toshiba copiers are typically in open locations, there is a way to print certain documents only when you are at the copier. This eliminates the issue of having your printed documents laying on the printer, for everyone to see. Private Printing sends the print job to the copier, but does not print it. Instead, it keeps it in a mailbox with a password. Then, when you arrive at the copier, you can choose to print the job.
