This is a webpage about plastic, directed to all Primary courses, which intends to be the base for the work in class with the students.  It will serve as a guide to present activities, to see examples of the works pupils are going to do and to learn through texts and videos about the authors. This webpage serves to sequence the work in unities clearly differentiated and adapted to the new law LOMCE. Each course is structurated in 3 or 4 didactic units , in which we intend to work a different theme or author:                    

First level: Miguel Ángel, Sorolla and Klimt

Second level: The Greco, Monet and Dalí

Third level: Murillo, the portrait, Pissarro and Chillida

Forth level: Goya and the baroque, Signac and el pointillism, Picasso and el cubism and comic.

Fifth level: Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance, Van Gogh and the Post-Impressionismi, the abstract art (Mondrian, Kandinsky and Paul Klee) and Andy Warhol.

Sixth level: Velázquez and the baroque, Nature (Arcimboldo and Cezanne), the cinema and Joan Miró.

   Within each didactic unit, all learning standards are spread for each course LOMCE adapting activities to these standards and the authors worked on each unit. In each didactic unit we propose several things:

·       In the first place we work authors carrying out different compilation of works about interesting aspect of their lifes and work. (Power Point, written works, videos, work in Word, lapbook, pop-up cards, mini-books, virtual time lines ...).

·       In each unit, we have included a big quantity of different proposals in which we will work with different materials   (hard waxes, soft, watercolors, pencils and crayons, rulers and compasses, watercolor ...).

·       At the same time we have tried to work a different artistic technique in each unit (collage, clay, papier mache, stained with tempera, prints, photographs, digital montages ...).

·       We have also included in each unit an  specific  activity  TIC to do with a computer or tablet, taking into account that all activities are designed to be considered as part of a digital book. Activities are full of explanatory videos, reference pages, virtual visits to museums... Among the activities we find the realization of Power Points, videos, digital review activities, modifying pictures, digital comics, work in Word, virtual time lines, Webquest .

·      Cooperative learning: each unit has its own specific proposal to work in a cooperative way between our pupils in addition to, the readings about different topics which will be worked jointly and finally, a group activity that will be carried out in each unit as a review activity . Among the activities we find: posters, puzzles, abstract sculptures, construction of models, paintings performing teams, collective mural, collage, digital recordings, photo collages, origami ...

·       Activities with parentsWe strongly think that parents can play an essential role in this proposal. In each unit there is an activity to do with families. Some activities bear a voluntary character, such as visiting museums due to they depend on the availability and the economic status of families. Others will be compulsory, such as readings with the help of families or to provide help in a specific workshop.
