The purpose of CrossFit Spring Creek is to provide an opportunity for students to learn about fitness and to make healthy life long goals by incorporating CrossFit methods and skills.

On this site you will find daily WODs (workouts of the day) which can be found on the "blog" menu in the upper left corner.

The WOD incorporates the 10 General Skills of CrossFit:
