This site allows you to find common foods to help estimate how many calories you have TAKEN in.
This is for the Energy In / Energy Out activity to help figure out how many calories you are burning up during specific activities. If your specific activity is not on the list estimate it by finding a similar exhausting activity. Remember the numbers are for 30 minutes of activity and you might have to adjust accordingly.
