Inclined Plane

Simple Machine- Inclined Plane (Ramp)

Circuits

Have you ever turned on a light switch? What happens when you turn it off?

Today, we are going to learn how electricity moves in a path, just like a race car on a track!

The Power of Circuits

A closed circuit is like a circle where electricity can flow, just like a race car going around a track with no gaps! The light turns on.

An open circuit is when the track is broken. The car (electricity) can’t move, so the light stays off.

What happened when we all held hands? (Closed circuit → electricity flowed!)

What happened when someone let go? (Open circuit → electricity stopped!)

Can we be like real wires? (Yes, because we let the energy move when connected!)
