I am so excited to be teaching at Stone Memorial High School. It has been my goal to facilitate the learning and success of teenagers for many years now. Not only do I have the privilege of teaching Sophomore Junior English, but I am also helping students coordinate an awesome yearbook. I graduated from Rockwood High School before earning a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University. I then worked in marketing and purchasing for four years before returning to MTSU to earn a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in English. Before moving to Crossville, I taught 8th Grade Language Arts at South Middle School in Franklin County. Working with students bound for high school made me want to work with older students that much more. Therefore, I am thrilled to be working with you this year as you prepare for college or career training. Please talk to me directly or email me any questions or concerns. I am here to help you succeed.
