My name is Sarah Hunter and I am the Agriculture teacher for 5th- 8th graders at Crab Orchard Elementary and Stone Elementary. I will be rotating schools throughout the day. I will start the day at Stone and by 11:30 you can find me at Crab Orchard! This is my seventh year teaching Introduction to Agriculture at the elementary level, and I taught Agriscience and Landscaping at Stone High School for the 2011-2012 school year. I have my Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee (2004-2008) where I majored in Animal Science and competed on the University's Equestrian Team. I also obtained my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2014. I was born and raised in Crossville and attended CCHS. I am looking forward to working with your child and introducing them to the world of Agriculture! If you have any questions about your child's grades, work, or progress please do not hesitate to contact me. I check my email daily. I would also like to invite your 7th or 8th grade child to join Future Farmers of America (FFA) club at both schools!
