Physical Education

In addition to daily recess, students receive physical education instruction one day per week. Our physical education teacher works with students at each level to provide information about exercise, health, nutrition, and the importance of physical well-being. Students are given physical fitness test at the beginning and end of each school year to monitor their progress. These tests include timed running, arm and leg strength and agility. The overall goal of our physical education program is to focus on fun and fitness as an important goal for all students.
