NEW VOLUNTEER PROCESS FOR CCPS

The short and sweet version...
Beginning the 2018-2019 school year, paper applications for School Volunteers are no longer accepted. If you plan to volunteer in the building (field trip chaperones, Watch D.O.G.S., Library volunteers, Classroom volunteers, PTA Board, clubs and outside organizations, etc.) you must fill out THIS this application. These applications can not be filled out at the last minute. They can take 2-4 weeks to process. If you're approved, the approval is good for 2 years. You will sign into the kiosk at the school as "Volunteer". Go ahead and do it for the 2018-2019 school year!

Parents eating lunch in the cafeteria with their students and field day helpers do not need to fill out this application. If you're not already in the system, you will just have your license scanned at the school on that day. You will sign into the kiosk at the school as "Visitor".

Click HERE for a document with all the information on the new volunteer application process. (Link to the application is included.)

Free & Reduced Lunch Forms Available NOW:
I wanted to share the link for the CCPS Online 2018-2019 Free and Reduced Meal application. Parents can go ahead and apply online now. We'll still have to send a hard copy home with each student, but the online application is processed so much faster.
