Spirit Night at Chic Fillet and Chipotle

Manchester will be representing at Spirit Night this December and January at both Chic Fillet and Chipotle!
  • Spirit Night at Chic Fillet (Hull Street) December 4th, 5:00-8:00
  • Spirit Night at Chipotle (corner of Midlothian and Chippenham) Jan 29th, 5:00-9:00

PTSA Meeting, November 13th, 6:30 PM

There will be a PTSA Meeting held on November 13th, starting at 6:30 PM. The meeting will take place in the cafe.

Specialty Center and Carver College and Career Academy

8th Grade Students and Parents:  Specialty Center applications and teacher recommendations are now available online at http://mychesterfieldschools.com/schools/specialty-centers/.  Maggie Walker and Appomattox Governors' School applications are now available for students to pick up in the School Counseling office.  Specialty Center and Governors' School applications are due to Mrs. Hixson and Mrs. Bynum no later than Friday, November 30.  Governors' School teacher recommendations are due to teachers no later than Friday, November 9.  Specialty Center teacher recommendations are due to teachers no later than Friday, November 30.  

8th Grade Students and Parents:  Interested in learning more about Carver College and Career Academy?  Please visit their website, https://sites.google.com/a/ccpsnet.net/ccca/home, and attend their Open House on November 12 at 7pm.  

Boys Basketball Tryouts

Specialty Center Fair

Specialty Center Fair dates are October 1 and 11 from 6:30-7:30pm at Chesterfield Career and Technical Center @ Hull Street Road.  Please go to the School Counseling page of this website and click on Resources for further information about options for High School.

A Parent's Guide to MAP

This year, Manchester Middle is using MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) computer adaptive test, developed by NWEA (Northwest Evaluation Association), to help to help measure student achievement throughout the year. To learn more, please feel free to consult A Parent's Guide to MAP.
