SOL Testing

posted May 1, 2017, 9:01 AM by Kensey Mcgrath

SOL Spring Testing will begin on Tuesday, May 9- May 26 with science classes testing first the week, with history and math to follow. Tests will be administered on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday each week with a make-up scheduled for Fridays. Parents, we need your help. Please talk to your student to help reiterate the importance of doing well on these tests. As you know, in high school successfully passing the SOL test and the course is called a verified credit and a student must do both in order to earn the credits towards graduation. We want our students to take the test serious the first time around and not have to worry about having to retake any test. Parents, please ensure that your students attends school daily on time and ready to learn. Students should remember to bring their Chromebooks to class everyday fully charged. This year, students will be testing on their Chromebooks, so it is very important that they have them with them EVERYDAY.
