Dismissal Procedures

J.G Hening Elementary School
Student Pick-Up Procedures

1. Upon dismissal, students may be picked up in the cafeteria.
2. Please sit at the designated tables for parent pick up until your child arrives in the cafeteria.
3. Students will only be dismissed to adults listed on the approved pick-up list, there will be no exceptions.
4. Proper Identification must be presented before a student will be permitted to leave with the adult.
5. The student must accompany the adult at the time of sign-out
             School officially dismisses at 3:45 pm.

Please understand that the safety of your child is our #1 priority. For us to ensure the safe dismissal of 850 students each day we ask for your patience & cooperation.
