Below you will find information regarding each day of 95210 week. Please read the information below to learn about the healthy habits to help support your child’s mind and body

Monday 4/16- 9 hours of sleep
Kids who get enough sleep are healthier and get better grades. Please send your child to school in their pajamas to remind them to get 9 hours of sleep each night.

Tuesday 4/17- 5 servings of fruits and vegetables
It is important to get at least 5 fruits or vegetable servings each day. For a child, the serving size is the palm of their hand. Please send your child to school wearing the color of their favorite fruit or vegetable and pack a healthy snack

Wednesday 4/18- 2 hours or less of Screentime
Limit the watching or playing on the computer, video games, TV, and mobile devices for entertainment to 2 hours or less per day. Today your child will learn about the side effects of screen time and have the chance to sign our screen​time pledge.

Thursday 4/19- 1 hour of Physical Activity
Activities that make you breathe harder and make your heart pump faster, make you stronger. Thus, it is important to get 1 hour of activity per day.​

Come join us on Thursday April 19th from 6pm-8pm for family fitness night. There will be fitness stations as well as. fruit & veggie tasting, infused water, & smoothie sampling.

Friday 4/20- 0 Sugary Drinks​
Sugary drinks such as soda, sports drinks, fruit punch and other fruit-flavored drinks have no health benefits. Drink water instead. Students will get to view the sugary drink display in the cafeteria during their lunch periods.
