Physical Education

Students in grades K-5 participate in activities to promote physical health and well being in the present and the future.  Students' activities include movements used in sporting activities, gymnastics and dance.  Movement concepts, personal fitness, appropriate behaviors and promoting a physically active lifestyle.  Each year the students are introduced to more challenging activities that lead into skills used in lifetime sports and fitness activities.  The goal is for students to enjoy movement and make it a part of their life as children and adults.
