Pam Johnson, Principal
Mrs. Pamela Johnson, Principal

Welcome to Falling Creek Elementary, where education is a team effort which focuses on quality programs and excellent teaching. I have been involved in public education for many years. Several of my favorite years have been with Chesterfield County Public Schools. I continue to enjoy being the Instructional Leader at Falling Creek Elementary because of the great people and children I am able to interact with day to day.
I was born in Richmond, Virginia. I am a graduate of Morgan State University, Baltimore Maryland and hold a Master's Degree in Administration and Supervision from Virginia Commonwealth University. I am married and have one son.

Mrs. Natasha Wade, Associate Principal

I am so excited about being a Falling Creek Panther. There are a lot of awesome things going on at my schoolMrs. Wade, Associate Principal
home and I am thrilled to be a part of them. I cannot wait to get to know each of our talented students and all of our supportive families. It truly does take a village to raise a child and Falling Creek and it’s surrounding community is the village to be in. I take pride in the opportunity to be your associate principal and enthusiastically jump into the mission of working with our professionals to guide our youth on the trail of becoming strong citizens of great character.  I have been an educator for over 15 years working with students with various disabilities. Most of those years have been spent in Chesterfield County. I attended Chesterfield County Public Schools from fifth grade until I graduated from Manchester High School. I am a graduate of Longwood University and received my Post-Masters in administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. I am married with one daughter and two dogs.
