Welcome to Physical
Our curriculum covers a variety of areas focusing on fitness, skill, and fun! All grade levels will work on endurance for at least part of every class. We will also, age-appropriately, incorporate strength, flexibility, and balance throughout the year. In addition, we will practice individual skills from a variety of sports. Some of those include soccer, basketball, gymnastics, volleyball, baseball, and tennis. Our purpose is to encourage students to find at least one lifetime activity that they enjoy! If every student can find an activity that they truly love, they will continue to keep their bodies in motion!
