Bullying Prevention

PRIDE
Enon Elementary strives to make our school a safe place for all students. We believe that all students have a right to learn in a safe and supportive environment.  Enon Elementary works to promote a positive school climate of respect with clear behavioral expectations through our PRIDE model. Our Bullying rules are taught early in the school year through literature, and role playing. Lessons with the classroom teacher, guidance counselor and school resource officer emphasizing what bystanders can do to help stop bullying. We aim to keep bulling at a minimum and not tolerate it when it does occur. Any student who feels bullied or sees another student being bullied should report this behavior to an adult so that the situation can be taken care of as soon as possible.

Enon Gators are taught the following if they encounter a bully

1  STOP
2  WALK
3  TALK
