Enon Elementary is an award winning community school regularly honored by the state for academic excellence.  For 80 years, Enon has served the Chester community. Many times generations have been educated at Enon with students’ parents and/or grandparents having attended Enon. The community investment in our school and the long standing traditions truly make Enon Elementary a special place.  Our mission at Enon Elementary is to provide quality instruction that will foster high levels of academic performance in a safe and nurturing environment.  Through the combined commitment of faculty, staff, home and community, we enable all students to become responsible citizens. Our school blends the best of traditional education programming  with cutting edge 21st century learning. Enon serves as a leader in Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS) with our school wide PRIDE program and as a Project Based Learning (PBL) school.  Additionally, this school year Enon is implementing Caring School Communities which is a curriculum that fosters the social and emotional skills students need to thrive. Through positive relationships and a drive to see every student succeed, Enon embodies the spirit of a neighborhood school where everyone matters and everyone makes a difference.
