The mission of the Chesterfield County Public Schools school counseling program is to provide high quality academic support and career efforts of students, staff, parents and community. If you have concerns or questions about your child, please contact your child's counselor at 804-541-4700. The counseling office is open between the hours of 7AM - 3PM.

 

Student Enrollment Process:


If you need to enroll your student, please contact Pam Haefling at 804-541-4700 ext. 7210 to schedule an appointment. You can find student registration forms under the Resources & Forms tab on the School Counseling webpage or you may come by and pick up an enrollment packet prior to your appointment.  New students will start school the day after the enrollment process is complete.


What you need to bring when enrolling your child:


  • Proof of Residency: Current lease or deed
  • Current utility bill (electric, gas, or water) 
  • Updated Immunization Record
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Final Report Card and/or withdrawal transcript from previous school, if available
  • Special Education information (if applicable)
  • Parent's Picture ID
    • Only birth parents may register children in Chesterfield County Public Schools unless there is a Court Ordered Custody agreement stating otherwise.
