BUS PASSES FOR STUDENT'S TO RIDE HOME ON ANOTHER BUS.

Please make sure that students have a note to ride another bus, it can be turned in to the office in the mornings and picked up during their lunch period. Parental signed note must include student's name that your child will be riding with, bus route #, and parent contact phone number.

Summit Learning Interest Form for Rising 6th Grade Families

We are excited to offer the Summit Learning Program to a portion of sixth grade students next year with a plan to expand the program in subsequent years. Thank you to everyone that joined us for the Parent Resource Night on June 11th to learn about Summit. 


We are also hosting a couple opportunities to come in and talk Summit this summer. The open house sessions are June 28, at 1:00 pm, and July 17, at 8:00 am. Feel free to reach out via email with any questions to jason_trueblood@ccpsnet.net

PARENT PROCEDURE FOR PICKING STUDENTS UP DURING THE SCHOOL DAY.

An adult picking up a child must have a picture ID and be on the child’s emergency card as an approved adult for pickup purposes.

Virginia PTA is excited to announce the results of the 2017-2018 Reflections Art Program!

10 Chesterfield County Public Schools students' PTA Reflections artwork have placed at the state level:
  • Christine Kuykendall from Swift Creek Middle, Dance, Award of Excellence
  • Aurelia Calabrese from Greenfield Elementary, Film, Award of Merit
  • Hailey Hightower from Tomahawk Creek Middle, Film, Award of Excellence
  • Deanndra Richards from Thomas Dale High, Literature, Award of Excellence
  • Bruce Yanovitch from Manchester Middle, Music, Award of Merit
  • Wesley Thomas from Evergreen Elementary, Photography, Award of Excellence
  • Briana Moreno from Meadowbrook High, Photography, Award of Excellence
  • Amelia Moore from Gordon Elementary, Visual Arts, Award of Excellence
  • Reese Eden Burroughs from Woolridge Elementary, Visual Arts, Award of Merit

Virginia PTA believes all children deserve a quality arts education. We encourage students to pursue artistic expression through participation in National PTA’s Reflections Art Program.

The Reflections Program provides a venue for students to create and be recognized for original works of art based on a student inspired pre-selected theme. It also serves to increase community awareness of how important arts is in education. This year’s theme was, "Within Reach".

Congratulations to all our students who participated in this program!
