Parking

As a student, am I allowed to park at Cosby High School?
Juniors and seniors in good standing are allowed to purchase a parking pass ($50.00 if purchased during the first semester, $25.00 if purchased during the second semester).  Freshmen and sophomores may not purchase a parking pass and may not park on campus.  Each student vehicle parked at Cosby High School must have its pass clearly displayed in the front window.

Passes are sold on a first-come, first served basis.  At this time, there are still passes available for sale.

How can I get a parking pass?
Wednesday, August 15: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday, August 31: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
First week of school: passes will be sold at lunch
During school year: before school in main office

What do I need to bring to get my parking pass?
Students applying for a parking pass must have a completed parking application.  Students must also bring their yellow fee sheet (showing that they have paid all required fees), their driver's license, and the registration for all vehicles on the application.  If the parking pass fee has not already been paid, the student must also have a check (made out to Cosby High School) or cash.  Only vehicles owned by the student or parent/guardian may be registered.

Where can I park on campus?
Areas marked in red are places where students may not park.  Areas marked in blue are senior-only areas.  Juniors and seniors may park in the student lot.

If I don't have a parking pass, can I drive to school on the first day?
All student vehicles parked on campus must have a current Cosby High School parking pass.  Vehicles without a pass may not park on campus.

If my vehicle information changes during the school year, what should I do?
Please bring the updated registration for any vehicles to add to a parking application to the main office.
