It's hard to believe it's November! Not to overwhelm you, but students have 10 days of school left until Thanksgiving break and then only two weeks after that until winter break!

Last week we kicked off our participation in the National Dreambox Challenge! So far we have completed 5,946 lessons towards our school wide goal of 15,000 lessons! The challenge goes through Friday, November 17. Each student's individual goal is to complete 30 lessons during the window. Students who meet their goal will earn a Dreambox tag to add to their leadership lanyards. Ms. Cavan's class is in the lead with 946 lessons.

I'd like to join the PTA and give a shout out to our students who participated in our jog/walk program this year. The following students deserve a special recognition:
  • Top male participants with the most laps: Kyan Pereira, Matthew Scoby, and Christopher  Scoby
  • Top female participants with the most laps: Addison Punt,  Kyla Pereira, and Asrielle Garrison
  • Perfect attendance: Reilly Dinelli, Madeline Krozier, Allison Obenrader, Kyan Pereira, Kyla Pereira, Addison Punt, and Joshua Tribbey
