Club Overview
The mission of FBLA is to help prepare students pursuing job opportunities in business technologies career pathways including: accounting and finance, information systems, business management and applications, small business entrepreneurship, business administration, and office systems technology.  It provides students with leadership opportunities as well as a means to compete with other students in regional, state, and national conferences.

Club Highlights

Leadership:  Leadership conferences give business students the opportunity to meet and compete with other FBLA members from around the state as well as the nation.  Students participate in the FBLA Fall and Spring Leadership Conferences as well as the FBLA National Leadership Conference in June.  This is open to all members.

Competitions:  Competitive spirit and recognition of excellence reflects important aspects of the educational process that prepare students for their roles in the American enterprise system.  FBLA competitions begin in February for regional competitions.  Qualifying students complete at the state level in March and with a 1st or 2nd place win complete at the national competition in June.

Community Service:  FBLA encourages involvement with a variety of community service projects such as the FBLA national project, March of Dimes and state project, Project Ask.  Locally, we collect items for Coats for Kids in November and adopt a family through the Christmas Mother.   In addition, we support our local projects by volunteering at  the PTSO Fall Craft Fair and PTSO Spring Festival.

Fundraisers:  Members participate in fundraisers to support our club activities and community service projects.  Some of our previous fundraisers include:  Yankee Candle and the 59-Minute Fundraiser (Entertainment Discount Card).
