Technology Plan Progress Surveys

As part of the evaluation process for the Technology Plan, assessments will be conducted each year to provide data for updating school and division plan. Please fill out a survey below that applies to your position.

Central Office Administrative Survey
: All central office administrators need to complete this survey.

Administrative Survey : All school administrators need to complete this survey.

Teacher Survey
: All teachers need to complete this survey.

Student Survey : Please have a minimum of five students in each grade level to complete this survey.

Parent Survey : Please ask a minimum of 15 parents to complete this survey.

Community Survey : Please have volunteers or community members, who are not parents to complete this survey.
